They turned out really nice, with a picture of the high school on one side and text on the other. One mug had some scratches, and the company promptly sent me a replacement. I went on their website and bought two more for friends that we were going to visit on holiday. Then I bought 5 more for more friends. I take pictures a lot. I think we all take pictures and just keep them on our phones and do nothing with them most of the time. I love the idea of taking these moments and putting them on something as simple as a mug and reminding someone how important they are to us. It is a beautiful gift.

Everything I expected I lost my wife to cancer a couple of months ago. I had a mug made up with her picture on one side and reminder to me on the other. This way I can still have coffee with her memory every day.
The mug is not cheaply made.

The company was so nice so apologetic and are replacing it ASAP.
The mug is for a family member visiting from another country. It has a picture of our whole family on it in her name in the back.
I was a little disappointed when I opened it but after talking to a rep from the company, they were so nice and made it right.
I hope when people items that this company packages them a lot better
