 Too small This is just such a small mug for coffee. Get the bigger one. Maybe good for a side of orange juice. But great job on the design and lettering.

Christmas Mugs It’s a nice cup, but the green looks more olive than emerald like in the photo. The blue looks black on the mug. I was a little disappointed in that because the emerald green and blue are our school colors and this was faculty/staff gifts.

Personalized Cup I am disappointed that my cup did not arrive on the promised date of Dec. 6th. It did not come until Dec. 11th. I needed to take it with me as a Christmas gift on Dec. 10th. Now, that person won't get it until after New Year.

Obsession My wife is obsessed with the black and red paid design and since we a newly married this was a no brainer. Only gave 4 stars simply because it hasn't even been given to her yet and therefore not used. Will it hold up over time. Well we may never know, she may just keep safe and not actually use it but if she does i know i've never been let down by personalization mall before.

For the left handed.. Mug is nice.. but be advised that if buying for right handed
People, the monogram will be facing away from them when using it. There should be an option for right or left handed users. I don’t think I would have purchased these if I had known that the design would be facing away from the user.

Small And Overpriced I spent the Christmas season looking for items with my grandchild’s uncommon initial. I was unsuccessful, so I purchased this. I was very disappointed. The item is very small and very overpriced, for the quality. I was gifted an initial mug for my other grandchild, that was purchased from a dollar store. It is considerably larger and the design is cuter. I would not buy this item again.

Came broken and didn’t receive on time for Christmas Very disappointed with personalization mall. They didn’t package well the cup and it came broken in pieces and the cup had white lines by the initial. They sent another cup but didn’t come on time so couldn’t gift it .
