Still waiting for it to arrive! I’ve ordered another last year and it was very nice. Beautiful in fact. But this one seems to be lost. I’m sure it’s no fault of this company.

Very deceiving! The photo shows 4 glasses. I thought I was getting a set! I only got ONE glass. The one glass is nice but really wanted a set

Whiskey glasses The whiskey glasses are real nice the only thing is the etching is very light and the smaller print is hard to see.

Nice glass I like the personalized glass but didn't read the description right I thought the price was a sale for all four glasses. The price I paid for one wasn't a good deal at all for me.

Single glass The product it nice but I didn’t realize it was a single glass and not the set of four shown in the picture.

Item pic misleading By Shopper (Independence, MO) - December 15, 2021 The glass is quality, however larger than you might be expecting. I only looked at pic of set of 4 glasses and thought that's what I was ordering. Pic should match item description.

False Advertising I thought I was getting a deal with it when it said discount and only $19.99, however, it was only one glass. I wouldn't pay $20 and definitely not more than that for a glass cup. All-in-all it's nice looking and matches the decanter. I just thought it would look nice with all four plus the decanter on his bar rack.

Disappointed For the price and the way the ad looked, I was expecting a set of 4 glasses. I got 1.

It was okay The cup itself was of good quality. Bulky and strong which I’m happy with. However, the print was much smaller than it looks in the picture. In the picture it looks more bold and bulkier.. in person it was super tiny and didn’t match the strength of the cup. Overall, it was okay.

Personalized whiskey glasses The glasses are nice, but the personalized part is very small and light colored. It doesn’t stand out

 Glass Lettering Glass is as expected - great quality! however you can hardly see the name on the glass. The writing is incredibly light and isn’t firmly placed on the glass. There are slashes in the lettering so the print isn’t fully there.

Wonderful The actual product is great. I ordered eight of these glasses on 11/19/22 and was charged $13.99 per glass. I had never ordered from this company before so I waited to receive my items before ordering additional glasses. I ordered 4 more glasses on 12/4/22 with the same personalization and was charged $17.99 per glass. An increase of $4.00 per glass or almost 30% in just a couple of weeks. The glasses are great but I am appalled at the price increase. I spoke to someone in customer service and was told that the prices can change weekly.

Print too small By Shopper (Casselberry, FL) - July 26, 2022 Glass weight is nice and heavy but the print is way too small for that glass...that date anyway. It should be on both sides. Lesson learned

Shipped late and poor communication! By Shopper (Albuquerque, NM) - December 26, 2021 I’ve been a loyal customer. It’s very disappointing when I am not notified about out of stock items! I purchased them in time for on time before Xmas delivery but they arrived today on 12/26. What upsets me even more is that they didn’t notify me when they were out of stock on 6 of the 8 whiskey glasses I ordered!! A little anti-climatic when we received them late..then only 2! Really? Had I know this I would have made different decisions. I am an email away! Why not message me? Yes, I’m upset!

Just OK 2 out of 4 glasses had slight imperfections which was disappointing as it’s a gift

In the picture you make it's like I was getting four glass and only got one The item was cracked when I got it and I was not happy because one of the letters of missing

Mislead by name of item By Shopper (McDonough, GA) - August 7, 2021 The name on the item says glasses and the picture shows 4 Glasses. To my surprise I got the package and there is one glass. The gift is for a couple so I had to order another glass and it won’t be here in time for their housewarming.
