Perfect! I had this baking dish sent to a family member out of state. She sent me a picture of it, and said it is big, well made & will be perfect for all of the potlucks she attends, especially since it has her name on it. She said it was packed super well with bubble wrap around each handle, as well as around the whole dish. Arrived in perfect condition. As always, PM did a fabulous job!

 Oval baking dish perfect personalized giftThe first one came but the handle was broken. The company sent a replacement with in 2 days!! Unfortunately that was actually smashed during shipping but Their customer service is exceptional! I highly recommend this company just be careful with casserole dishes with handles. They are packed well but I think shipping is not as fragile as they could be.
