Excellent customer service This candle was a wonderful little hostess gift. The personalization is what made it more than just a normal candle. The birth date & months flower was a real hit and the personal note was an added bonus. I’m not sure why they don’t allow CAPs on the message though. It looked odd without them in the appropriate places. That being said I have to give major kudos to their customer service. There was a mix up in shipping from the carrier and PM made it right and FAST!

Great gift I bought three of these for my daughter and daughter-in-law‘s for Mother’s Day gifts.
