The perfect creative and versatile gift I have purchased this item before as a holiday gift. The personalization makes it all the more special. Needed to send two friends a thank you gift and thought this would be perfect. Can be used for drinks, flowers, towels or firewood. This time around both tubs arrived damaged. I called customer service and forwarded pictures of the damages. Customer service was fantastic and they immediately had replacements sent out.
I was quite pleased with the product and the customer service.

Amazing gift, fabulous quality and best customer service! The UPS delivered this on time, and the box was beat up. Upon opening, the handle on one of the sides was totally broken off. I called customer service, they sent a replacement immediately! This tub is wonderful, very well received and the new one was perfect!
