 not what i expectedi thought the material was cheap looking. i expected them to have a heavier weight and be more like a towel material. These looked like they were printed on two pieces of unfinished fabric.

Not what expected These towels were not what I was was expecting. They were terrible quality and overall a bad product. I do not recommend anyone to order these because they look cheaply made and awful. Really disappointed.

I wouldn't consider this a towel Extremely poor quality. The towels are thin material the hem on the towels had loose threads looked like a cheap quality. I am definitely not giving them out as gifts like they were originally intended. I expected the personalization to be embroidered but it was stamped on. I cannot honestly in good faith recommend this product to anyone. I definitely expected an overall much better quality

Would not purchase again Actual items did not resemble the photo-linen is of very cheap material and arrived with loose strings-very disappointed.

Would not purchase again Cheap linen-paper thin and received it loose strands that I had to cut in hopes of making it appear somewhat decent. Would not purchase ever again. Very disappointed in the look, make, feel, style.

The worst! This item is not at all what I expected. These should be described as handkerchiefs or doilies, not towels.

Guest Suite Maybe it's my own fault for not knowing the difference. I thought I was buying a hand towel to go with my bath towels. But these are not it, (linen)... These are not towels they are more like napkins or handkerchiefs. The material is very thin. I washed them in cold and dried on low heat. Now I will need to iron them because they are very wrinkled.... Don't Buy!!!!

I was super disappointed that I'd wasted my money on them. Not only are they really small, they're also SUPER thin, almost paper-like. Definitely not "towel" material. hand towels This has got to be the worst hand towels I've ever seen or held......these ARE NOT HAND TOWELS they are very CHEAP Handkercheifs very poor quality ....I order (3) sets of these towels, if I had known they were made like this.... NO WAY would I have order them....It is a total waste of money... If I thought I could get money back I would demand it!!!!

Extremely disappointed I normally read reviews. I have no idea how I missed the reviews for this product. Had I read them, I would have never recommended it. My teenage daughter purchased these for her grandparents after I suggested them. Big mistake. These are NOT towels they are napkins. A very low quality product and a huge disappointment. This was my first and last time buying from this company because the product is misrepresented. I'm sure her grandparents will appreciate the thought, but it's a disgrace.

Poor quality Luckily I caught these towels (napkins really) on sale. They are extremely thin and the printed names are very faint (grey printing). They look more like poor quality table napkins than towels. :(. My first disappointment from Personalization Mall.

Horrible towel Not what I expected.Do not order this you will be very disappointed. I will not use this towel as part of my wedding gift.Personalization mall should be ashamed to offer and send such a cheap looking towel.The monograming is just ink,so cheap I just wanted to cry.I think I'm through ordering from them !!!!!!!

These were the most flimsy towels I have ever seen. You can practically see through the material and I was quite disappointed in the quality. If you do buy them, keep in mind the you cannot tell how they REALLY look from the misleading picture; and are only good for decoration.

For $20 I was expecting something more substantial in weight and quality. Sorry -- I am just being honest. I have been very happy with most of the items I have purchased through your company. And you were very good about making right one item that was below standard. I don't know where you can use these "towels" but I am not paying to return them. I was going to give them as a gift but I am not sure what I will do with them now.

These are NOT towels!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Beware! These are not bathroom towels. The picture is deceiving! They are more suitable as dining linen napkins. I don't see how they can function at all in a bathroom. You can't dry your hands with them. Very disappointed.
