Not very clean and crisp name stitching :( Nice quality hat ... nice bold logo on the front but was disappointed with the quality of stitching of the name on the back. The letters are quite narrow and the threads travel from one letter to the next. Pretty steep price for the quality I received. Don't think I'd order another ...

Super fast delivery. Good hat. I ordered 2 customized hats w my dads name on them for Father's Day. They arrived on my doorstep less than 24 hrs later. I did upgrade to priority mail and spent the extra 9.99 to ensure it arrives on time. The hats are a little floppy/saggy and only hold their shape when they're on your head. That's why I gave it only 4 stars. It's not a pressed / starched hat that's holds its shape at all times like some higher quality hats. Good "working hat". Not afraid to get it dirty. Can probably throw it in the wash machine too.

Nice Hat for a nice price! I like the hat as far as the quality goes, but I think the logo of the golfer on the front was kind of bad and small. Did not like that at all. I did like the quality of the hat and the embroidery they did for me on the back. So overall it was a pretty good hat at a good price and it will get worn proudly!!

Most hats have a cardboard piece that keeps the hat from wrinkling but this did not.
Reminded me of a grade school t- baseball team hat. Not an adult hat that has your name on it.
Embroidery is excellent.

Ball cap The fabric for the cap is too thin, not stiff enough for the top of the hat to stay round on top when wearing. The personalization is good.

Cute but quality not so great This hat is cute for my 12 y/o grandson but not for an adult. The hat is flimsy and the quality only mediocre.
