Nice house warming gift for a Grammy Trying to find a gift for a good friend who has 5 small grandchildren, this cookie jar was perfect. Beautiful white jar is thick and heavy and the photos on the jar made it a present she just loved. Just be sure your photos are on the bright side or outside shots. One picture came out just a tad darker than I wanted, but it still is a gift that will be treasured for a very long time.

Grandma absolutely loves it and really liked that her 'babies' pictures were on there. I liked the top because it sealed nicely. The only thing I would say is keep the writing to a minimum because it does appear small.

 Very nice productThe cookie jar looks very good and solid and just how you would expect from looking at the preview. I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 because when adding text, you have no control over the size, placement within the text box, or font. Also, it let's you add clip art but be careful to notice it replaces it with question marks in the preview and would in the final product as well. So you are limited to keyboard characters. It would be nice to have more control of what the text looks like.

First, allow the pictures to be cropped to a larger size. Second, the lettering is not crisp and hard to read so allowing the end user to change the font size would be very helpful

Used as Memory Jar Instead I was searching for a memory jar for my mom's 70th Surprise Birthday Party. I couldn't find anything that fit what I had in mind, so I ordered this and titled it Memory Jar. I only gave it 4 stars because the writing is a little hard to read. But overall, I love it!

I called customer service, sent a picture, and received a quick response that the item would be replaced. Waiting on replacement but very happy with Customer Service and service recovery.

But to my surprise it is way too big!!! it looks much smaller and better sized on the web page. I shouldve checked the dimension :( But why dont you post a pix that looks more like the size????

 very hard to readBy Shopper (Niles, OH) - July 26, 2016 I ordered this item, and when it arrived every where I was able to put text was so light you could hardly read it. The pictures were great. I called right away and sent pictures of it and they immediately put in a new order for me. I really appreciate the speed at which this was handled, however, the second one arrived and while the wording is a little better, the pictures are all much darker now. I don't have time to have it done a third time, so I'm trying to decide which I will use as the gift, if either.
